“Tarot Visual Journaling” with Lisa de St. Croix, creator of Tarot de St. Croix

Genoa Journal piece webIn this creative workshop you will be working with the tarot archetypes to tell the story of your present life; the important relationships, situations and goals that you are currently experiencing. By selecting cards from a variety of tarot decks, cutting, pasting, writing and embellishing your art journal page you will open the door of understanding to your own archetypal journey through the creative process.

I worked frenetically the whole time, cutting, pasting, drawing, painting, pastels – traveling on an inner landscape – enjoyed it thoroughly. The symbol stream reminded me of gazing into a crystal ball, feelings and pictures emerging, hovering on the filaments of translucent stone of glimmering memory. Biography, history, lives – mine and the lives of others flashing by in a movie of the soul’s creation. So inspiring, this storytelling through the Visual Journal Process is special. Genoa Bliven
